Eco Friendly Septic System Hervey Bay

We recently had an Eco Safe septic system installed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Our old system was rapidly deteriorating, making the process quite daunting, but the Eco Safe team—especially Naomi and Steve—were always available.

The installation team, Andrew and Charles, were simply amazing. Their communication was excellent, safety was always paramount, and they worked like a team of ten—efficient, skilled, and highly professional.

They coordinate with a terrific plumber (Damien) , ensuring installation was hassle free. This level of expertise and organisation made a real difference, and we have complete confidence in the ongoing follow-up and aftercare with Naomi.

The initial investment is higher , but the quality, professionalism, long-term reliability, and much lower running costs of Eco Safe make it absolutely worth it. If you're considering a septic system upgrade or replacement, this is the company.

In 2000 at NewBeith I had installed an Eco Safe Sand Filtering Sewage System. The owner back then was an older gentleman, a really nice guy, he worked very professionally and explained everything about the system to me. Compared to the two tank and 2 pump systems around, the Eco Safe performance and quality out shines all the others. Just a once a year service because council know the quality of the system. The pump only pumps out clean water, making the pump last longer as other systems are more prone to blockages, I know because I have experienced both types of systems. Great communication from Ecosafe, the Ecosafe installation team turned up on the day they said they would be there and once on site the team worked like a well oiled machine, they worked seamlessly together and also with the other trades involved with this installation. This team is a credit to Ecosafe.

Install in late 2018. Very quick one day install and Graham was a great help with the process leading up to that. Guys left the site clean and the system has worked with no issues since then. Small visible footprint (relatively), no blowers and simplicity of the system was a big draw card. No regrets getting the slightly more expensive system on the new build. Annual inspections rather than quarterly will quickly make up the difference.

My wife & I engaged EcoSafe back in jan 2019 as one of my friends had just installed a system at his home. Malcolm sent through as much info as he had & was only too happy to talk us through the system & meet with us on site. Installation was a little rocky, as we hit a huge bed of rock when digging the hole. However we were warned this could happen. We chose to leave our system sitting out of the ground a little & build the land up to the system. The install team were very friendly & informative. Ever since the system was commissioned, it’s run like a dream. We’re very happy with it, & the Ecosafe team have been very good at answering our questions about what products we can & cannot put down our drains.
We paid more for the Ecosafe system than for others because it’s more resilient & has less inspection & maintenance requirements. I would make the same decision again.

Most economical and reliable system on the market..

Extremely happy with this system, it has been in for over 5 yrs now, it does exactly what it is suppose to do and economically to run and maintain. Top of the range in my opinion !!!
